These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the paldoplus platform. By registering an account or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all terms set out below. Please read this page carefully before using our services.

1. Eligibility and Account Registration
To use paldoplus, you must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of the Philippines. By creating an account, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and up to date. Each player is permitted to hold only one account; duplicate accounts may be suspended without notice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts found to belong to ineligible individuals will be closed and any pending balances handled in accordance with applicable regulations.
2. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Balances
All transactions on paldoplus are conducted in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are processed through supported payment methods including GCash, Maya, and local bank transfers, as detailed on the Deposit page. Funds deposited into your account are held for the purpose of placing bets and are not considered a financial investment or savings product. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. paldoplus does not charge fees on standard deposits, but your payment provider may apply their own charges. We reserve the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms. Balances that remain inactive for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy, details of which will be communicated to you in advance.
3. Betting Rules and Wager Settlement
All bets placed on paldoplus are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market, which are displayed at the time of bet placement. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the player. paldoplus reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that was subject to an error in odds, a technical fault, or information that was not publicly available at the time of placement. Winnings are credited to your account balance following official settlement of the relevant event result. In the eventof a dispute regarding the outcome of an event, paldoplus will refer to the official result published by the relevant governing body or league. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during an event at our discretion. 4. Prohibited Conduct and Fair Use
Players are strictly prohibited from using the paldoplus platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law. The use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool designed to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly forbidden and will result in immediate account suspension. Collusion between players, match-fixing, or any attempt to manipulate the outcome of an event is a serious violation of these terms and may be reported to the relevant authorities. Players must not attempt to exploit errors, glitches, or technical faults in the platform; any winnings derived from such exploitation may be voided. paldoplus monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate and act on any behaviour that we reasonably believe constitutes a breach of these terms. Accounts found in violation will be suspended, and any balance may be withheld pending investigation.
